bronze bull gear with true-axis zero-wobble rotation.
1mm Nip Pinch & Top Lead-In
Guide: 49mm centers with 1.0mm nip clearance, synchronized spur gears, CNC trumpet guide horn,
and 13mm tubular keder bead along upper flag cloth.
Dual Exterior Sealing Flaps:
Twin outward-opening weather doors hinged on exterior lips swinging sideways onto outside sheath with zero
interior chamber clashing.
6-Channel Power Tap & Roller
Trolleys: 6 continuous vertical copper bus strips in bearing gap; lower climber taps power for
climb servo; upper mirror climber taps power for winder & pinch servos with zero inter-casement moving
cables.
